How we plan to handle referrals
When matching opens, homeowner information will only be collected for the stated project-assistance purpose. We will clearly disclose when information may be shared with a participating professional and will not describe a referral as an endorsement. Homeowners should independently verify licensing, insurance, references, contract terms and permit responsibility before hiring anyone.
